KBOBABEL.COM (Jakarta, Indonesia) – WPF University is pleased to announce the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ted’s Edulink, marking another important milestone in the international development of the Prestigious Private International Doctorate Award Program (Doctor of Scientific-Practical Philosophy – D.S.P.P.).
Representing WPF University was H.S.H. Muhammad Jeseus Chrishna (Prof.) Ph.D., International Chancellor of WPF University and Princonser University S.A.C., Executive Board Member of the World Philosophical Forum, and Goodwill Ambassador and Consul of the Universal State of Earth. The Program is delivered in academic collaboration with Princonser University S.A.C. and with the support of its international institutional partners.
He was accompanied by Bpk. Yohanes Nursalam, S.Pd., Deputy to the International Chancellor and Head of the Jakarta Branch of the World Philosophical Forum.
Representing Ted’s Edulink was its Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ted Ibrahim, while Mr. Wilson Lalengke, Chairman of PPWI (Persatuan Pewarta Warga Indonesia), also attended in support of the growing collaboration, following PPWI’s earlier Memorandum of Understanding with WPF University.
The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation in academic promotion, candidate recruitment, educational support, research development, and the continued expansion of the WPF University Prestigious Private International Doctorate Award Program throughout Indonesia.

The WPF University Prestigious Private International Doctorate Award Program is now supported through an academic collaboration with Ted’s Edulink, an Indonesian government-accredited educational institution.
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to educational excellence, scholarly development, ethical leadership, and meaningful international cooperation for the benefit of students, researchers, educators, professionals, and humanitarian leaders.
